No software update is required for your device , who have this problem on blackberry os updateing by the way can be solve !!

1. Make sure you have instle on your pc the blackberry flashfile which blackberry model you need to work , if that flash file downgrade or upgrade no matter , should be correct blackberry model flashfile

2. Instle Latest Blackberry Desktopmanager version 4.7.0.32 WITHOUT select Automatic Update service

3. go to C:Program FilesCommon FilesResearch In MotionSharedLoader Files remove/delete other bb model os from there if you already instled , make sure only there have the blackberry os file which model you want to do update

4. Be sure the blackberry not live in cal mode , if the blackberry on cal mode you should be type start to out cal mode

Remove battery from blackberry & connect without battery to pc then

Windows XP: Start / Run... type > cmd

You will see a black window similar to this. I have used UPPERCASE to highlight the typed commands.

Its time to continue the romance with etisalat as i have brought you the best alternatives to simple server to ease your mind
Etisalat Simple Server Setting For Android Users

1.Download Simple Android Server For Android

2.Launch your SS and configure with the settings below
Proxy Host: 185.28.193.95
Proxy Port: 8080
Injection Method: GET
Injection Querry/URL: http://mobile.facebook.com/
Injection Host: mobile.facebook.com
Injection line: Press your enter key 4 times
Log Level DEBUG

3.Click on your phone settings then mobile network>> Access point and create New Apn then configure
APN: etisalat
Apn Type default
Proxy:127.0.0.1
Port: 8080
Tap on option then save and make sure you activate it as your default
setting

2. Etisalat Chatpak

Chat Pak dial *200*3*4*1*1*1# for Daily Chat pak plan or *200*3*4*1*2*1# for weekly chat pak winch cost #50 and #150 respectively

Social Media Only dial
*200*3*4*2*1*1# for daily social media only or *200*3*4*2*2*1# for weekly social media only and cost #100 and #300 respectively.

1. Create a new APN with the below settings

Name - Etisalat chat pack
APN - etisalat
Apn type - default
leave the rest blank

Now open PSIPHON and set with below settings.
- tick Remove Port
- Proxy type - Real Host
Custom Header - X-ONLINE-HOST
-Proxy server - instagram.com

Real Proxy Type - HTTP
- Real proxy Server - 10.199.212.2
- Real proxy port - 8080

Then Save your Settings.

Click More Options

- Tick connect through HTTP proxy

- Tick Use system Network Settings …

Thats All.. Then Go back and Connect..
